Accpol BPM InfoPath helps organization to manage the data captured through InfoPath, to move through the workflow. It has a simple drag and drop module which can push the data directly to the workflow from where it can move for approval in organizations. It can manage the xml files of the InfoPath to be extracted and processed as well as extract the InfoPath data from an e-mail which is received in the assigned E-mail box.

Organizations which receive the data are pushed to mobile devices to be processed. Hence an InfoPath based forms can be processed by a mobile PDA device on the go without any other third party product.

InfoPath has a limitation that it needs an InfoPath application to be loaded to load or view the documents / data. Accpol BPM helps to manage the InfoPath files based files to be pushed to the database for future archival.
